Last year at this time, when the Miami Heat defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder I did a post, Leadership Lessons from Lebron James (below). This year the circumstances were very different but the drama, due to the extreme competitiveness of the series, was even greater. Lebron is arguably the most scrutinized athlete on the planet.
